Intentribution does not guarantee any level of revenue, streams, placements, monetization, or payment timing.
2. Third-Party Dependency
Revenue recognition, reporting cadence, deductions, refunds, clawbacks, territorial rules, and payment schedules may depend on third-party stores, platforms, distributors, payment processors, collection entities, or counterparties outside our control.
3. Reporting Limitations
Any royalty or revenue data presented through the platform may be delayed, estimated, corrected, incomplete, provisional, restated, or removed as upstream information changes.
4. Withholding and Holds
We may withhold or pause payouts, statements, access to funds, or related reporting where there is a rights dispute, fraud concern, policy investigation, chargeback risk, sanctions issue, tax issue, or third-party payment irregularity.
5. User Tax Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for tax filings, registrations, withholding obligations, jurisdiction-specific compliance, and the accuracy of submitted tax or payout information.
6. No Fiduciary Duty
Nothing in the platform relationship creates a fiduciary, trustee, escrow, agency, partnership, employment, or investment advisory relationship unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
7. Liability Limits
Intentribution is not liable for lost income, delayed payouts, inaccurate third-party statements, or downstream reporting discrepancies.
