2. Required Notice Information
A copyright complaint should include your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, the location of that material, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury regarding accuracy and authority, and a physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice where permitted by law. We may forward the counter-notice to the original claimant.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated infringement allegations, repeated unauthorized submissions, or other recurring rights abuse.
5. Additional Actions
We may remove material, disable access, pause deliveries, preserve records, or take other steps reasonably necessary to investigate and respond to rights complaints.
